Not up to date,even contains harmful advice
It is based on graded exercise therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy. Some helpful tips,but does not acknowledge that physical exercise in the majority of people with CFS can make them worse,their bodies can't make enough energy and severe consequences can occur such as becoming bedbound .The only exception would be studies showing bed or chair yoga has had positive genetic changes in CFS patients,that are moderate and start really slowly,those are made available for free on You Tube from the researcher.
Ironically this book would be better suited for someone studying CBT.
