"[Our School] use Listening Books across KS1 and KS2 and find it a valuable resource. It helps dyslexic and SEND children access age-appropriate books that interest them as opposed to books given for their reading ability. This not only increases their vocabulary and develops imagination but helps them relax and enjoy books. "You are never lonely with a good book”, and this is so true with Listening Books. I personally use Listening Books at home and recommend to many friends and colleagues. My two dyslexic sons would be lost without it. Thank you." Teacher and Parent
You and your students will be able to access thousands of audiobooks throughout your membership, including fiction and non-fiction, set texts and study guides. You can view our entire catalogue here, but if you can't find a title you need, please get in touch, as we may be able to add it to the collection. As well as commercially bought books, we also record educational titles such as Your Mind Matters: Social Media by Honor Head and The Lonely Londoners by Sam Selvon, so if it's not available in audio, we may be able to create it!
We are offering the Bronze and Silver Level Skills Award, which students can achieve by reviewing an audiobook of their choice, and filming or recording an audio version of their review.
